How to get to Showlight 2013

Showlight will provide complimentary luxury coaches from Prague, Linz, and Brno airports to Cesky Krumlov for those arriving for the opening of Showlight, and departing at the close.
Closer to the date of Showlight we will ask delegates to give us their flight numbers and arrival times in order to book sufficient coaches.
Prague Airport
The travel time is 2.5 - 3 hours.
Friday 17th May
A Showlight coach will depart at 16.30 from Prague Airport for Cesky Krumlov (mainly for exhibitors who need to arrive early, or other early arrivals)
There will be a later coach scheduled to match delegate's flight arrival times.
Saturday 18th May
There will be coaches scheduled throughout Saturday to meet demand. However in order to arrive in good time for the Welcome Reception delegates should arrive at the airport by 16.30.
The last coach is likely to depart from Prague airport at around 21.00.
After Showlight
Coaches will return at the close of Showlight on Tuesday 21st May, but the earliest arrival at Prague airport will not be until 18.30.
Coaches will also run on Wednesday 22nd May, with the earliest arrival at Prague airport by 10.00.
Linz Airport
The travel time is under 1.5 hours.
Friday 17th May
A coach will meet the incoming Ryanair lunchtime flight from London Stansted on Friday, arriving Linz at 16.25.
Wednesday 22nd May
A coach will return to Linz on Wednesday afternoon to connect with the 15.00 Ryanair flight to Stansted.
Brno Airport
Travel time is around 3 hours.
Friday 17th May
A coach will meet the incoming Ryanair flight from Bergamo arriving 17.40.
Saturday 18th May
A coach will meet the incoming Ryanair flight from London Stansted arriving 16.40.
Wednesday 22nd May
A coach will return to Brno early on Wednesday morning to connect with the Ryanair 11.40 flight to Stansted. (There is no flight to Bergamo on this day).
Arriving outside these times?
There are hourly trains from Prague to Ceske Budejovice journey time 2hrs 40mins, and occasional trains from Vienna to Ceske Budejovice, with onward connection to Cesky Krumlov.
There is a high quality coach service from Prague to Cesky Krumlov every 2 hours, journey time 2hrs 45mins, which can be booked online.
For those wanting to drive there is parking at the venue, and by arrangement at most hotels, and Cesky Krumlov is just 40 minutes from the Austrian Border.
