Friday May 17
A Showlight coach will depart at 16.30 from Prague Airport for Cesky Krumlov. There are also coaches meeting Ryanair flights at Linz and Brno airports. These are mainly for exhibitors who are arriving early, but more information can be found here
There will be a second coach later in the evening.
Saturday May 18
Showlight coaches will run from Prague and Brno Airports to Cesky Krumlov.

Exhibition Hall opens for exhibitors to rig their stands |

6pm – 10pm |
Registration will be open at the Hotel Ruze in the centre of town. Register, then join us for a Welcome drink on the hotel terrace overlooking the Vltava River. |
Sunday May 19
The walk from the town through the castle courtyards to the Showlight venue in the Riding Hall takes about 15 minutes
