Due to the Robe lighting head office and production being located far from Český Krumlov, the Robe team would like to offer all Showlight 2013 attendees a special visit to the factory outside of the Showlight schedule. Participants will have the opportunity not only to visit the production area but also experience the famous Czech hospitality in the spa Hotel Solan based within the stunning Beskydy Mountains.
The coach will be scheduled to leave Český Krumlov on Tuesday the 21st May at 5 pm. The expected travelling time is approximatelly 4.5 hours. After arrival at the Hotel Solan, the guests can enjoy dinner consisting of local specialities and also visit the spa centre or the hotel swimming pool.
On Wednesday morning the schedule starts with a tour of Robe's architectural lighting division Anolis and it's daughter's company Dioflex, the producer of PCB componets. The second part of the morning will be dedicated to a visit to the Robe production premises giving the guests a chance to see the entire Robe operation from the R&D department to where the metal , special components and gobos are manufactured. After lunch the program continues in the new Robe showroom with a presentation of Robe new products and hands-on testing using a selection of lighting desks. The coach will leave Valašské Meziříčí at 4 pm.
